Return Application (for goods return to CBC)

Important information
You will receive a return number from CBC on approval of the return application. Please indicate this return number at a clearly visible spot on the cardboard cover of your returned goods. Goods returned without a return number are not accepted by CBC! The described products must be sent in to CBC within 14 days after receipt of the return number, otherwise the approval will expire.
