These day/night cameras have an OSD menu for camera settings. The menu is operated using a control pad which is located under a side cover.
A lens with a 31 cm control cable is required as the connection for the iris control is situated on the rear.
With these models 20-30 seconds are needed for toggling between day and night mode. This prevents immediate changeover to the colour mode where brief brightness differences frequently occur. These cameras are preferably used at entrances and exits.
